In a way, we're all cut and bleeding, or hurting, because that seems to come with any change. Differing amounts of pain and hurt--because we're all different and handle change as we individually do. But, if we don't continue to support one another--from the leadership and throughout--that "wounding" could be much worse than intended. Leaders have to keep the big picture in the frame, realizing that shepherding the individual may still be required. It's hard to grow together!<br /><br />Excited that you have gained so much already from your reading!
